RPSC 2nd Grade Teacher Exam City 2025 – Latest Update
The exam city slip was issued on 31st August 2025, while the admit cards will be available from 4th September 2025 onwards. The Senior Teacher (Grade II) exam will be conducted from 7th September to 12th September 2025, in two shifts daily. Candidates can access their exam city details through the SSO portal and the official RPSC website.
The recruitment drive for 2,129 posts was announced earlier, and the application process took place between 26th December 2024 and 24th January 2025.

Exam Pattern and Syllabus
The RPSC 2nd Grade Teacher exam consists of two papers:
Paper 1 (General Knowledge – Common for All)

- Total Marks: 200
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Negative Marking: 1/3rd mark deduction
- Sections include:
- Rajasthan GK (40 Qs – 80 Marks)
- Current Affairs (10 Qs – 20 Marks)
- India & World GK (30 Qs – 60 Marks)
- Educational Psychology (20 Qs – 40 Marks)
Paper 2 (Subject-Specific)
- Total Questions: 150
- Total Marks: 300
- Duration: 2 Hours 30 Minutes
- Negative Marking: 1/3rd mark deduction
- Sections include:
- Subject knowledge (Secondary & Sr. Secondary level – 90 Qs – 180 Marks)
- Graduation level subject knowledge (40 Qs – 80 Marks)
- Teaching methods (20 Qs – 40 Marks)
Candidates must score minimum 40% marks, while SC/ST candidates get a 5% relaxation.
Exam Day Guidelines
- Reach the exam center 2 hours before the exam starts.
- Entry will close 60 minutes before the exam.
- Carry Admit Card, Aadhaar Card, and a blue transparent ball pen.
- Keep an extra ID proof and a passport-size photo for verification.
